In order to achieve the best experience, please see the following suggestions:​

1) Ensure you have a light meal before coming for acupuncture
​
2) Avoid wearing perfume or cologne on the day of your visit
​​
3) Complete the following forms before coming for your first appointment and bring them with you
- In-Take Form
- Insurance Form (if applicable)
- Bring any lab work you have from last 6 months

Less than 24 hrs or no show: Full Fee
Late fees apply to pre-paid treatment packages
Insurance Filing​

Acupuncture is covered by many health insurances. We are happy to inquire with your insurance company to find out if you have coverage, and we will file the paperwork for you and make sure your claim goes through.

We are providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and CIGNA; and can file for any insurance that pays for these benefits such as Aetna, Humana, and others. Please call us to check your benefits, regardless of if you see your insurance on this list.​
