Kelly Lindsey, MA is a BodyMind Therapist who specializes in the integration of mindfulness-based approaches to psychotherapy and traditional awareness practices from the traditions of Yoga and Buddhism.
​
Kelly received her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver in 2002 and graduated from Diamond Mountain University’s Advanced Buddhist Studies Program, an in-depth exploration of Buddhism, Meditation, and Yoga in 2010. She is a Senior Staff Teacher for the Yoga Studies Institute and teaches yoga and meditation locally at Dharma Yoga. She spends her time practicing and teaching Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, and Buddhist Studies; mentoring and guiding students and clients, and raising her two children.

BodyMind Therapy is a guided therapeutic process designed to:

and life.
* Support you as you look deeply within yourself and discover your own internal
resources.
* Guide you to connect more fully with the innate wisdom of your own body.
* Help you build a compassionate relationship with the deepest, truest parts of
yourself.

Kelly is available for individual BodyMind Therapy sessions, as well as meditation instruction, private yoga instruction, and spiritual mentoring.
